My blog started as a place to share my experience with fat graft surgery. I have more information on that below. Now, it's evolved into a place for me to share parts of my life, stories of my past, or sometimes random movie reviews. I'm an open book, and I am happy to share my experiences with the world. <3

Fat Graft Information:

I had fat graft surgery at The Piper Clinic with Dr. Shah in October 2023. Prior to surgery, I tried finding stories of how people were doing after they had the surgery, but most of what I found were of people wondering how to afford it or asking for broad help with TMJ issues (both of which are completely valid).

I started my blog to provide a resource for people I wish I would have had when researching the surgery. Shortly after starting my blog, I started making TikTok videos to share how to do stretches, what I was eating, and provide updates for people who prefer videos over reading. I am not a TMJ expert or associated with Dr. Shah/The Piper Clinic; my story is just what I have experienced with my own fat graft surgery.

Hopefully this provides insights into what the surgery process looks like. I have recently been getting a lot of messages from people who have questions about the surgery. I am happy to answer questions and try to get back as quickly as I can, but I likely have already answered your question in my blog or TikTok videos. Please check these resources first to see if I’ve already addressed the topic. I made these specifically to help others and you don’t have to wait for a response this way. However, I do try to answer everyone but have been getting questions on Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, Medium, etc and sometimes messages fall through the cracks.
